传感器头
C01: Standard sensor head type for the PICOSCALE Interferometer. Due to its collimated output beam, the compact form factor and the various customization options, it is appropriate for most common applications.
C02: Sensor head with collimated beam for long distances up to 1 meter.
C03: Sensor head with collimated beam optimized for moderate distances and retro-reflector targets. Compared to the C02 sensor head type, it has a smaller form factor.
F01: Sensor head with focused beam with high alignment tolerance.
L01: Sensor head with line focused beam for cylindrical targets.
